Dell D620 – The mark of a true professional

Author: Eflex Computers

Competition brings out the best in products and it is easy to see why Dell has built up one of the best reputations in the business judging from the performance of the Dell 620 notebook. To be successful you need to have your heart in your business and your business in a reliable and hardwearing laptop – I have found that laptop.
Don’t expect all the glitz and glam of a conventional laptop, this one is the Chief Executive of notebooks and performance is its business. It may look small on the surface (although the keyboard is full size) but this isn’t such a bad thing especially if you need to travel as it slips easily into your suitcase or briefcase without taking up too much room. Don’t let its compactness sway you as this little monster has a tough magnesium base and body plus it performs perfectly in even the most trying of environments such as dusty building sites or damp and cold conditions. Whatever the setting, it is always business as usual with this reliable entrepreneur.
Whatever project you are working on, you can be sure that the 14” matt widescreen will not cloud your view in bright sunlight and you still have a great eye for detail even if you are working in the South of Spain in mid summer!. They say that time is the measure of business and the battery life of this laptop will not bring your time to an abrupt end as it seems to last forever. Whilst away on a business project for www.eflexcomputers.com , I managed to squeeze over four hours from this model before having to plug into the mains.
Like any executive, this laptop is able to multitask at an impressive rate. Probably due to the Intel Core Duo 1.66Ghz dual core processor, I was able to keep this laptop running for days whilst utilizing very some very demanding applications along with Firefox, Wi-Fi and Napster (for some peaceful and tranquil music during lunch breaks). During this time, I did not experience any problems whatsoever. It comes complete with Windows XP and the wireless is very stable even in built up office blocks, this means that I am online day or night if my colleagues should need me . By the way, the speakers are pretty nifty and generate some great sound.
With this refurbished laptop, the price is low but the return is high with lots of goodies for those on a tight budget. An offer I couldn’t refuse with a 60GB hard drive and 2GB memory - more than enough space to accommodate my mountain of virtual paperwork.
Another great feature of this model is that it does not come preloaded with software that you will never use. So no fear of sluggish performance from too many applications running in the background.
One good rule of business is that the customer is always right and with regards to this small but mighty tank of a machine, I would bring this meeting to a close by saying that this laptop will make all of your hard work pleasurable.
